	Liz Potter, Founder and Director of Business Answers & Support, brings a wealth of experience from many years' work supporting a wide range of businesses. Liz has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Melbourne, is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board as a BAS Agent, and is a Member in Practice of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Liz is a skilled project manager who combines high level communications with proven leadership to get the job done. She brings a calm and positive presence to every workplace.
	Lia Woodman is an accomplished and capable analyst, administrator and project manager who has developed a variety of models, tools and procedures that make life easier for both large and small businesses. Lia excels at understanding clients requirements and developing simple and easy-to-use solutions together with the transfer of the knowledge required to use them. Lia has held project management, analyst and supervisory roles in both small and large businesses and is professionally qualified in resource management.
	Louise McLoughlin has been a practising bookkeeper since 1999 and is a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board. She is also a member of several professional associations including the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, Australian Bookkeepers’ Network and the Australian Payroll Association. Louise is owner and principal of BAS Agent practice, e-BAS Accounts, and has been partnering with Business Answers & Support since 2015.
